Note 1: Net debt: total debt including lease liabilities (from 2019) less cash and cash equivalents and restricted bank deposits.

Note 2: Net gearing ratio: net debt divided by total shareholders' equity.

Note 3: The net gearing ratio increased from 39% to 41% as a result of adoption of HKFRS 16 Leases, effective and adopted by the Group from 1 January 2019.
